Ben’s Journey

"After leaving school, I went on our annual family holiday and found myself completely drawn to the children’s entertainment at the hotel. I realised just how much I loved seeing families laugh, dance, and enjoy those special moments together. That experience led me to apply for a job in childcare with Thomson Holidays, and I haven’t looked back since.

I spent three amazing years in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca, a fantastic family resort where I worked as a childcare manager, leading a team of entertainers and looking after more than 50,000 holidaymakers. In 2005, our resort was awarded ‘Best Childcare Venue and Entertainment’, and our team became the number one childcare unit in the world for Thomson Holidays. It was a huge milestone in my career and confirmed what I already knew—bringing joy to children was what I was meant to do. That’s when I made the decision to continue on my own, entertaining children at parties, school discos, and family events back in the UK."

As my business grew, so did my personal journey. I met my wonderful wife, Amelia, and together, we’ve built not only a business but a family. We share the same vision for the future, and nothing makes us prouder than our three beautiful daughters.

In 2017, we welcomed our first daughter, Summer - a life-changing moment that made me even more passionate about creating magical experiences for children. A few years later, our little Arabella arrived, full of personality and energy. And in 2024, our family grew once again with the arrival of Willow. After entertaining children for over 20 years, becoming a dad has made my work even more meaningful. Running a family business is more than just a job - it’s about bringing families together and making memories that last a lifetime”
